A+ REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
MCC will begin the intake of A+ registrations on May 27, 2020.
Please complete the registration packet prior to your scheduled appointment.
Acceptance of A+ registration packets shall in no way imply or guarantee service.
It shall only guarantee placement on our enrollment list in the order it was received. Registration forms must be completed in its entirety in order to be placed on our enrollment list.
DUE TO COVID-19 and the many uncertainties surrounding
the 2020-2021 school year, enrollment may be extremely limited.
Program services, policies, etc. are subject to change.
ENROLLMENT IS ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS
Registration forms will be accepted throughout the school year contingent on
program eligibility, available space, and staff:student ratio requirements.
Kindergarten start dates vary by school.
Please check with your child's respective school.
1. Qualification for A+ services
2. Review the A+ Program Parent Handbook included in the registration packet
3. Submit a completed registration packet* with payment to MCC
*MCC Registration Packet includes nine (9) pages:
After-School Plus (A+) Program Registration Form (2 pages)
After-School Plus (A+) Program Registration Agreement (2 pages)
A+ Program Emergency Form (1 page)
MCC After-School Plus (A+) Program Registration Form (2 pages)
MCC Children & Families Program "Consent Form" (2 pages)
Deadlines & restrictions may apply.
Allow a minimum of 3-5 working days for processing.
WARNING: Additional processing days MAY be necessary at the start of the school year.
A+ PROGRAM FEE
The monthly A+ program fee per child is $120 per month.

Due to COVID-19, enrollment is restricted to essential workers and those parents who are currently working during our program hours.

Grades: Kindergarten through the Sixth Grade
Space will be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pack a lunch & drink(s) daily for your child
(Optional: Inquire about our lunch order program)
We recommend packing a morning & afternoon snack for your child
1. Fill out the registration form in its entirety (one form per child)
2. Complete the MCC Parking Lot Policy & Procedure Acknowledgement
(one per family)
3. Complete the CFP Consent Form (one per family)
4. Submit the three (3) items above with payment to MCC

Kindergarten children will be on a different schedule at the beginning of the school year. MCC's transportation services will begin on the first full day of school for all Kindergarten children at each respective school. School schedules will vary.

Register early as space is limited and fills up quickly.

Informal Education Classes Offered Through the Moiliili Senior Center Program
The following classes are being offered through the Senior Center Program: Ribbon/Crochet Lei Making, Adult Hula Auana, Japanese/Okinawan Doll Making (Oshie and Kimekomi), and Washi Chigiri-E.
