Location: Moiliili Community Center
Time: 7:00am-5:30pm
Grades: Kindergarten through the Sixth Grade
Pack a lunch & drink(s) daily for your child
(Optional: Inquire about our lunch order program)
We recommend packing a morning & afternoon snack for your child

TO REGISTER:
- Fill out the Winter Adventure Program registration form in its entirety (one form per child)
- Complete the waiver forms (one per child)
- Submit forms with payment to MCC. Payment can be made on-line or in-person with cash, check or credit card.

2025-2026 JAPANESE LANGUAGE SCHOOL & AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM (JASP)
2025-2026 REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!
In order to receive optimal placement on our enrollment list, please complete the registration packet in it's entirety and submit to the MCC office.
Acceptance of registration packets shall in no way imply or guarantee service.
It shall only guarantee placement on our enrollment list in the order it was received. Registration forms must be completed in its entirety in order to be placed on our enrollment list. Transportation is provided with a required minimum of 5 students enrolled per school.
Program services, fees, policies, etc. are subject to change. If paying online, please be sure to OPT OUT of the convenience fee as it is non-refundable.
REGISTRATION WILL BE TAKEN ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS
TO REGISTER:
Kindergarten Parents
Kindergarten children may be on a different schedule at the beginning of the school year. MCC's transportation services will begin on the first full day of school for all Kindergarten children at each respective school. School schedules will vary.
Please check with your child's respective school.
Register early as space is limited and fills up quickly.
Enrollment is taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Turn in all completed documents with payment to MCC
