MCC FALL INTERSESSION PROGRAM
October 7-11, 2019
***Deadline to register is Friday, September 20, 2019***
All-day child care for children in Kindergarten through the Sixth Grade
Program runs from 7:00am-5:30pm daily
Children will have opportunities to participate in various activities including
(but not limited to) arts & crafts, indoor/outdoor games, excursions,
simple cooking and much more.
Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis
Pack a lunch & drink(s) daily for your child
(Optional: Inquire about our lunch order program)
Morning & afternoon snack provided
1. Fill out the registration form in its entirety (one per child)
2. Complete the MCC Parking Lot Policy & Procedure Acknowledgement
(one per family)
3. Complete the CFP Consent Form (one per family)
4. Submit the three (3) items above with payment to MCC
NOTICE: MCC is currently undergoing construction to it's parking lot. Construction is expected to take place until the end of October 2019. For everyone's safety, we kindly ask you to please drive with care and to expect possible delays when on-site.

JAPANESE LANGUAGE SCHOOL & AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM
Deadline to register for the 2019-2020 school year is Friday, July 12, 2019
1. Fill out the registration form in its entirety
2. Complete the MCC Parking Lot Policy & Procedure Acknowledgement*
3. Complete the MCC Children & Families Program Consent Form
4. Turn in the registration form, consent form & the parking acknowledgement with payment to MCC
(*Does not apply to Hokulani Early Morning Care)
Kindergarten children will be on a different schedule at the beginning of the school year. MCC's transportation services will begin on the first full day of school for all Kindergarten children at each respective school. School schedules will vary.
Please check with the MCC office for more details.
Register early as space is limited and fills up quickly.
Enrollment is taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

2019-2020 AFTER-SCHOOL PLUS (A+) PROGRAM
(King William C. Lunalilo, Queen Kaahumanu & Thomas Jefferson)
ENROLLMENT IS LIMITED & BASED ON AVAILABLE STAFF.
Submit a completed registration packet along with payment
no later than Friday, July 12, 2019.
PLEASE NOTE: Enrollment by this date does not guarantee a space in the program.
Incomplete forms and/or missing documents WILL DELAY processing.
Kindergarten start dates vary.
Registration forms will be accepted throughout the school year contingent on
program eligibility & staff:student ratio requirements.

WARNING: Additional processing days MAY be necessary at the start of the school year.
A+ PROGRAM FEE
Effective July 1, 2018, the monthly A+ fee per child is $120 per month.

Informal Education Classes Offered Through the Moiliili Senior Center Program
The following classes are being offered through the Senior Center Program: Ribbon/Crochet Lei Making, Adult Hula Auana, Japanese/Okinawan Doll Making (Oshie and Kimekomi), and Washi Chigiri-E.
